They all do the same job, so go with the one you like the look of. Round is the original. Slide works differently: it threads onto the collar and follows the line of your cat’s neck instead of swinging under their chin.

Our brass ID tags are 20mm wide, apart from the Slide, which is 35mm long and 15mm tall and fits collars up to 1cm wide. Intentionally petite and lightweight so they’re comfortable for cats to wear every day.

Up to 12 characters per line, front and back on the hanging tags. Our slide tag takes 3 lines on the front.

Most customers include their cat’s name and a phone number or two, but you may like to include additional information such as “indoor cat”, “microchipped” or note a medical condition, like epileptic or diabetic.

Yes. The Slide tag threads straight onto the collar strap and the other shapes come with a split ring sized for our collars.

Tags are engraved and dispatched within 5 business days.

Yes. We use a precision fibre laser to etch directly into the brass. Instead of cutting grooves like traditional engraving, the laser uses an intense, focussed beam of light to permanently mark the surface. This creates a crisp, high-contrast finish that won’t fade or rub away, even with daily wear.

Yes. Brass develops a warm patina over time. If you’d rather keep it bright, buff it with a soft cloth or brass polish, and avoid abrasive cleaners so the engraving stays clear.
