Returns + Exchanges

At Atlas + Co, we want you and your cat to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy on all collars.

Changed your mind? That's ok.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalised products are not eligible for change of mind returns.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are not covered for change-of-mind returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@atlasandco.com.au or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. Refunds + Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or colour? Let us know when you contact us, and we’ll arrange an exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, we’ll cover all return shipping costs. Contact us within 7 days at hello@atlasandco.com.au to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please Note:

Sale and promotional items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Personalised products, final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect.
